The Best Western Hotel Pav was originally known as “U trí kosu". You’ll see from the sign above the hotel’s main entrance that the original name means “the house of the three blackbirds”. » Area Information

The Best Western Hotel Páv is located in Prague’s historic Old Town. Not only is there plenty to see here, but there are so many interesting facts and stories to learn about also.

In the Old Town Square you’ll see the historic Old Town Hall Tower and the world famous Astronomical Clock – a magnificent sight and one of the most popular tourist attractions amongst visitors to Prague. Also located in the Old Town Square area is the well known St. Nicholas Church. This church was completed in 1735 and is a stunning building which gleams in the sunlight.

If you’re planning on dining in the area, then you will have an abundance of great bars and restaurants to choose from; all within easy reach of the Hotel Pav. One of the more well known restaurants in this area of Prague is the U Fleku restaurant.

Gettting around Prague city while staying at the Best Western Hotel Pav is quite easy given that there are excellent public transport links available. The closest Metro station to the hotel is the Národní trída (line B) metro station. It is approximately 250 metres from Hotel Pav. If you prefer to use the tram as a means of getting around the beautiful city of Prague, the tram stop for trams #22 and #9 is also located nearby. Public transport tickets can be conveniently purchased at the Hotel Pav reception.
