Woken up through the night by night club next door, it was r&b night which seemed to go on most of the night..ear plugs essential!!! Annoying if you need to be up early:(

Very good room service meal.

Generally poor standards - the room desperately needed renovation it was shabby. The price was extortionate due to the carling cup (altho I booked months before the finalists were known). I know I was charged 3x the usual rate and won't book again.

I sent an email requsting early check in. My email was only responded to about 7 hours after I had arrived at the hotel (having been received almost 24 hours before my arrival) & I was left waiting almost an hour after official check in time. Poor !

Convenient for local facilities,Wembley,etc. Large room and comfortable bed.
From the outside you could see lots of cracked windows. My room had a cracked window. No double glazing. In the morning the windows were streaming with condensation. Cupboard under TV off its hinges. Kettle lid broken. Stairs had stained carpet.

Had a lovely nights stay in the hotel and shall hope to stay again when we attend future events at the arena or stadium
My only criticism is I wasn't impressed with the standard of my chicken burger and chips meal, but on the flip side my partner had the beef burger and was very impressed

On arrival found no booking had to wait whilst some one went to look for it! Safe not usable untill your staff cleared it. You knew we were coming, why was the room not sorted before we checked in?
No Heating on in room, Shower over bath is a accident waiting to happen your staff had to get in the bath to free the tap to shower off, the GLASS door opens approx 2 inches onto the vanity unit and the taps are past the GLASS panel.

Thank you to the Staff who resolved an issue..... 2 Double beds, but we needed 1 double bed and 2 single beds as we have a boy of 11 and a girl of 15 - not suiteable for them to share the same bed so staff found a "put-you-up" bed.
found out that it would have been cheaper and included breakfast if booked direct I thought had booked direct with quality hotels central reservagtion, but discovered that this is not the case. I will book direct next time and save money and get bfas

The housekeeping staff were very helpful, tried to fix everything regarding the bathroom for me. The gentleman at reception very welcoming!
No hot water from shower in my room, i had to take a bath. Housekeeping tried to sort it for 30 mins and still nothing!

We were told breakfast was from 8am - 9.30am, yet at 9.40am all the breakfast things were cleared away when some people had only just come down. At other hotels we've stayed at we've been given at least half an hour to finish breakfast.

Only positive comment would be the distance from the underground station
It all started at check in, the receptionist could not find my booking. Finally got to the room which was awful, towels were worne out. Shower did not work properly, no hot water until the tap was left open for about 15 mins. The room was horrible.

stayed in room 801. Floorboards next to front window loose and nearly went through. Staff were adamant that we had not booked bed and breakfast for our stay until I got onto the internet to access my emails to show confirmation of booking. Not happy!

This hotel had a very bad smell of damp throughout. The hallways have the strongest smell but the bedroom smelt very bad too and we felt ill and could not sleep. The room was very basic and is certainly not 3 or 4 star

The staff is slow and uneducated in there job ! Needed to go twice ( 50 min each time) to book one more night! Was late for meeting because of the unprofessional approach from your stuff! Even guying a drink was a big deal!! Very disappointed !!!

The receptionist did her best to appease us whilst we were there after our list of complaints. The restaurant was basic, but food good - the breakfast (which we had to fight for!) was also very good. The bar is handy. Location is great for Wembley.
Damp walls by the bed, broken floor tiles in the bathroom, shower cap over smoke alarm. Tiny rooms. Very, very outdated and in desperate need of a massive refurb. Totally overpriced. This could be a great hotel if some money was spent on it.

Ideal location for Wembley.Reception staff friendly. I booked 2 twin rooms and requested they be close together if poss - we were next door to each other. I contacted reception re: a couple of issues - resolved within 10 minutes.
I thought I had requested a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of smoke in the room (and an ashtray). The hotel looks very tired and in need of an up-grade.

We got stuck in the lift for over 1/2 hr and all staff offered on getting us out was water and no apology.Kept awake all night from room 516 that had 10 people in it instead of two.Horrendous hotel on par with Faulty towers.won,t be staying again

I also saw the kitchen staff outside the kitchen smoking with the kitchen door wide open.
I was very unhappy with the service we recievied, upon entering our room outside the corridor was a stack of dirty sheets covering the fire extinguisher which were left their for 3 - 4 hours. I have taken pictures and will forward to the H&S officer.

Close to Wembley for the Take That concert but way too much money!!
We were really disappointed. We thought the room was really expensive but thought the hotel would reflect this amount of money. Unfortunately it didn't our room had mould on the ceiling and the windows looked ready to fall out. No way value for money!

This hotel is not 4* and I was disappointed as this was a treat for my birthday, if I had known I would have booked the Premier Inn my husband stopped there with my son a month earlier and he said it was a lot nicer and only cost £100.

Didn't like having to pay £219.00 for a room & no breakfast when you advertise £65.00 per night plus breakfast. At £13.99 for breakfast we had to go and eat elsewhere which was a shame. Shower didn't work.

The staff we very friend and helpful.
The room was appauling given the price we were paying for the night. Room 204 - toliet leaked everytime it was flushed causing bathroom floor tiles to crack. Musty smell in the room - similar to damp. Insufficent space to continue.

Hotel accommodation was very disappointing, smelly corridors to room, double aspect room with grubby carpet, ancient tv with grubby controls. Very tired and grubby fixtures & fittinings in need of a deserate update. Breakfast was poor selection

Very, very disappointed in the hotel, gutted that I paid 239 NOT inc. breakfast to stay in such a horrible place. Room was dirty, net curtains disgusting grey colour, very, very noisy room, no double glazing. Paintwork grubby, towels crusty.

Bar Staff very kind and breakfast was good. That's about it.
Paid £239 for 2 on the night of Take That concert. Felt completely ripped off. Shower would not work. No bath plug either- too late to let staff know 1/2 hr before we were leaving.

car park was packed but someone helped us to find a spot. ONLY advantage was wembley location
the fact that the smoke detector in the room had a plastic bag tied over it summed up the room. you might consider it lucky i dont work for H&S (photo supplied on request!)

Was not informed of where the room was on check in just told to go through the door on the left, then found out by ourselves that we were on the eighth floor. No biscuits in the room on courtesty tray, not enough tea bags or milk. Breakfast awful

Room was a good size for our family and staff were very helpful.
Continental breakfast could be improved. Only croisssants which had been kept warm too long so were rock hard. Needs more variety. Bar ran out of draft beers / largers. Bad planning on a Wembley football weekend.

Spacious room with i comfy bed. bathroom was very nice and a lovely hot and powerful shower. was not a noisy place to stay.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night which woke me up, the whole hotel really needed up dating. There was a patch of thread bare capet & stains which looked like sick

Good size rooms, great for Wembley, really helpful staff, good resturant and bar, and free parking.
Took ages for the hot water to run through and with only 2 small lifts you either have to use the stairs or wait a long time!

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Brilliant location for Wembley and even for heading into the centre of London.
Full english breakfast cost extra although this was pointed out when I booked.

Ideally postioned for Wembley Stadium. Only a 5 minute walk to Wembley park tube station and 2 stops from central London.
If staying in the front of the hotel then quite a lot of noise from the busy road.

Most of staff very friendly. The person when I booked in could have been a bit more welcoming. Maintenance issues dealt with very quickly.
Breakfast was a little basic. Cheaper internet access options - especially when you have your own computer.

Check in took really long as the staff could not find my booking that I made online. Staff was rude and not very helpful. When I made a complaint in the morning regarding the loud noise and checkin to the duty manager she didn't seem bothered.

I found the reception staff most helpfull as it was me first time to visit this area of London.
The breakfast buffet is badly organised,i found myself walking back and forth accros the room to get items i wanted. I was suprised at having to pay an extra £5 for a fried breakfast, a point i had'nt noticed on booking.

Staff were excellent, Facilities were also excellent and were everything that was expected from this level of hotel.
Only 1 negative. The bedspread was not very good and kept slipping of the bed during the night which meant i kept waking up freezing. Don't get this when i stay at similar priced competitors.

Hotel ideally situated for access to Wembley Stadium.
We did ask for extra pillows and a sink plug that was missing, but received neither! Unfortunately my wife was unable to use the shower in the disabled room as the bath was of normal height and she couldn't negotiate getting in and out.

The bed sheets were stained. You couldn't change the temp on the shower. The toilet brush looked as if it was 10 years old. The corridors stank. 145.00 paid and no Full breakfast. The towels felt like they were 40 years old! E-mail will be sent

Our stay included full English breakfast which was excellent. Good location and the free parking was a real bonus. Comfortable spacious room.
Nearest Tube station was closed, but of course this was not the hotel's fault and a minor inconvenience. Furnishings a little tired but still acceptable and at the price we paid still very good value.

There was a huge odiferous stain in front of my room and another one in front of the elevators on my floor which was there when I checked in the afternoon and they were still there later that evening.....and still there the next morning!

When we arrived to check in the girl on reception had a problem with my booking. She had to pass it onto another member of staff to deal with. We were not told what the problem was. So we had to wait a short while before being able to check in.
