Did not stay long enough to explore and be positive
Single room very small limited space, when sitting on throne knees in your chin. Picture on digital tv kept freezing. When I opened the window for some air a previous guest has stubbed their fag out on the window ledge!!!

Clean and tidy, friendly staff, 3 minutes walk from Paddington Station (which was the most important bit for me catching the first train to Cardiff!
The rooms can be really incredibly small (especially the singles). A large person would not have been able to use the bathroom in my room. For the price it is still great value but if you need space, ring the hotel to make sure you get a suitable room

Room was very clean especially the bathroom. Staff at reception were friendly. Use of room to store luggage was useful as check in is quite late.
We booked a double room and got a twin room. Breakfast wasnt very good, food wasnt that nice apart from the toast. Need more variety. Check-in time is quite late on in the day especially for early flights like ours was. Overall pleasent stay. Thankyou

Reception Staff were Great all very polite and very helpful
Bathroom in room was very small and it looked like the door to the shower\'s glass had been broken so the glass was removed and door screwed in place with a curtain in its place! Could barely move in the bathroom!

We didnt end up staying at the hotel due to it being discusting. The rooms had damp in them with plaster coming away from the walls. The bedding you wonted let your dog sleep on it there were stains on the throws & the blanket under neath was woren.
