Most of the staff are very friendly. Nicely furnished hotel.

Wireless broadband was not available in my room and when I was invited to use it downstairs in the reception area the draft caused by the door opening all the time left me with a creak in my neck leaning over the low table. |

staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable if a bit on the small side. good to have tea and coffee making facilities. location very handy for luas, trains and airport bus. great breakfast. |

felt breakfast was understaffed had to wait quite a long time for hot drinks. city map given to us at reception was poor - didn't show all streets and we were very late for our restaurant booking. |

Overall, I have nothing bad to say. My one complaint was the shower would go from being lovely and warm to scalding hot and then ice cold for the duration of the shower. |
