Got a big 3 bed room + cot when we had booked a double bed. It was fresh and clean.
Unfortunately a strong smell of smoke in the room, probably coming through from the ventilation. Pity no guarantee of parking at hotel. The view from the window was not the nicest, facing the back of the hotel.

Great location for shopping trip. Porter service excellent car parked no hassel all taken care of even packed shopping in car on check out. Lovely friendly staff. would definately stay here again.
Windows open all way up so very dangerous for young children also fire in bedroom lovely for adults but not suitable for children

Staff did not adequetly deal with a male intoxicated guest who was using the lift at the same time as female guests and made unacceptable comments.I thought the porter should have escorted the gentleman to his room.

All staff were a welcome change to the usual in hotels in Ireland in that they were welcoming, courteous and accomodating, particularly at Reception. It was a pleasure.

Grreat location - beuatiful dining room for breakfast which was scrumptious. We are a group of sisters with our mum on her wedding anniversary - who had never stayed since her honeymoon in June 1958! She really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath!

Nice old worldly charm hotel. The dining room was nicely decorated. Staff very helpful. Doorman was very attentive, opening doors for us, and lifting our bags.
Breakfast was not great. Full Irish didn't taste great. Our room was not ready when we arrived after midday. Also did not like the bar, there was no need for 2 t.v's. U

Great breakfast and lovely dining area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and everything worked. Bed very comfy despite being quite small. Great central location.
Room was shockingly tired and need of updating in terms of both furnishings and decor. The room rate expensive for the overall quality of the hotel.

We were staying 17th March and we had some music on but because the girl wasnt singing traditional music they stopped her half way through. Wouldnt it have been better having some music than none (we went to bed early and our friends left!

There was a constant noise from the water tank, which we asked about but nothing could be done also the following morning the maids knocked twice on the door, we didnt have to be out until midday so that was a little annoying.

Excellent service overall. Staff were very helpful when we decided to switch rooms. Best breakfast ever. Beautiful hotel.
The initial receptionist were dealt with was efficient but I felt she was more focused on the minutiae of her job than on her customers. Not her fault, but prehaps the hotel could give her aome help?

So close to central Dublin!! Breakfast was freshly cooked, special request taken care of. Luggage kept for us until we left. Good bathroom.
Bad directions given for Grand Canal Stadium. No privacy at reception. Bar/food area needed at least one more staff member. Rooms could have been lit better..

Staff very friendly and welcoming. I arrived at hotel at 10 am after early flight and I was told my room was ready. Breakfast service very good and food excellent. So close to many attractions and next door to Abbey Theatre.
Room needing a wee bit of attention but still good enough for a one night stay.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY STAY AT WYNNS. I FOUND THE STAFF VERY FRIENDSLY AND MOST HELPFUL. THE AMBIENCE IN THE DINING ROOM AT BREAKFAST TIME IS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD WITH THE FOOD AVAILABLE EXCELLENT IN TERMS OF QUANTITY AND QUALITY.
I FOUND IT UNCOMFORTABLE PASSING THROUGH THE CLOUD OF CIGARETTE SMOKE WHEN ENTERING AND LEAVING THE HOTEL AS TEH PORCH WAS ALWAYS CROWDED WITH SMOKERS. NON RESIDENTS SITTING ON THE STEP WAS ALSO A PROBLEM

What a lovely hotel! We needed breakfast at 6.30am, so a continental breakfast was arrange. We had a drink in the bar - friendly, efficient service.

Free parking is a scam it cost us €24 overnight if receptionist had been honest about this we would have got the bus. Also we got disturbed by staff even though we had "do not distrub" sign on door.

This hotel is very convenient to all city shops buses etc.Atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming.
Due to the age of hotel I acknowledge that not a lot of modernisation has taken place but the corridor where we were was very dark ....perhaps a coat of paint would help!The en suite could also do with an update.

The only problem we had was the heat in the rooms at night time. We opened window but there was an air conditioning unit outside which was very noisy, so we did not get much sleep. Even though we had this problem we would come back to your hotel.

My husband made two phone calls each lasting approximately 25 mins. W were charged 70c a minute - not good value. Secondly, the cost of the calls were deducted from my laser card without my authorisation. I consider this to be a breach of trust.

Large portions of food in the carvery, and an excellent range of breakfast. Easy access to the City
room was very hot at night. Kettle was so large that when you tried to fill it in the sink, you had to almost empty it to get it out again. Not good if 2 or more wanted a cup of tea!

Hotel's best assets are its staff and its location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is perfect for walking to shops etc. I would recommend this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in an extremely central lcoation.I would definately stay there again if i was going out or shopping etc as it very close to the bus and train station. The hotel staff were extremely facilitating
Dont expect a good nights sleep if your room is at the front of the hotel, request a room towards the back of the hotel. The outside noise from the Luas and road sweepers kept me awake late into the night

top floor room we had was very nice of moderate size not to big or small. lovely bathroom with hot tub. stayed here for 02 concert very easy access to the point by luas.
function room is rather loud at nigh,we couldnt hear it at the top floor. they mentioned limited car parking and was first come first serve for free parking, but we arrived early but der still wasnt free spaces. expect to pay 14 euro a night for car

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure the guests' queries and needs were taken care of. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.
There was a function on the night I stayed there and even though I was on the 5th floor, it was quite hard to get to sleep as the music was very loud. Also the shower in the bathroom was very hard to regulate. Apart from that everything was great.

When we got stuck in Dublin\'s one-way system the porter found us and drove us back to the hotel. Service over-and-above the call of duty! Complimentary parking is also a great facility in the city.

All the staff were helpful and polite,the hotel had a facility to look after bags if you arrive early or need to leave after midday.\r\nReception staff were knowlegeable with places to go in Dublin.
Breakfast was good the only thing was the cooked part of thje breakfast arrived before we had finished our cereals

Wynn\'s hotel is the ideal accommodation to book as it is situated right in the centre of town with the luas stops just outside the door. The staff are very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. Ideal for shopping, sight-seeing or theatre etc.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice and fresh - table service very good, excellent location.
I would liked to have been able to pull the curtain in my room. The blind was sufficient but did not block out enough light.

very pleasent stay
the bar was shut when we arrived back both nights at 11.30pm, and door staff were unable to serve us a drink, we though with staying at the hotel we would be able to get a drink at least up untill midnight.

Wynns Hotel has character and a pleasant family atmosphere. The freshly cooked full Irish breakfast is worth the stay alone and the tea served in the bar has a proper flavour.
A room with frontage onto the street of this centre city hotel can be noisy. The bar has not the atmosphere of a typical centre city Dublin pub as the serving area is fairly cramped and the seating area is more of a traditional tea room.

A lovely atmosphere - also it was nice to think that the hotel retains an atmosphere perhaps not too disimilar to that of when our grandfather (Thomas Whelan)worked as a chef 50 odd years ago.Comfortable , refined - slightly genteel but very welcoming

This is my second visit to Wynn\'s, I like the central location and the staff are always polite and smiling and you are always made to feel welcome.
The food in the restaurant is excellent andis up there with some of the best but I had some Bar food which was of poor quality and very disappointing.

The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. The room although a single contained a double bed and a sofa and was a good size. It was also spotless.
The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable - but small niggle in what was an otherwise great stay.

There is an one old, slow lift so it can be slow for someone less fleet-of-foot to descend/ ascend to the upper floors.

Friendly staff,especially when I was ten minutes late past the breakfast finishing time,the senior waiter told me to take a seat and I was given first class service and a great breakfast! - well done staff!!

The location is perfect for city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my stay there.
