Our goal is to ensure that we provide you with the best rate online for your hotel booking. Should you find a lower rate online and within 24 hours of making your booking, with the same booking conditions; we will match the price or allow you to cancel your booking without any penalty!

Terms and Conditions

1. You need to make your claim within 24 hours of making your reservation through CentralReservations.com. Your claim needs to be submitted via our best price guarantee form.
2. The lower rate needs to be available online at the time of your claim. We will not accept screenshots or any evidence of the lower rate which we cannot independently confirm.
3. The lower rate has to be in the same currency and needs to have identical booking conditions to your existing reservation.
4. CentralReservations.com will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate should a request be verified.
5. Our best price guarantee does not apply to any hotel bookings made via a website where the hotel name is not revealed until after the booking is validated. The policy does not extend to any hotel rooms purchased using loyalty points, membership rewards or corporate rates.
6. For a validated claim where a refund is required, we will refund the credit card used to make the booking. It may take up to 30 days or the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
7. Should your claim prove to be unsuccessful, our terms and conditions for your existing reservation including the cancellation terms are still applicable.
