If I received a refund for part of my stay I would be happier. The business trip was for 5 days with 5 colleagues.
very very unhappy with the treatment I was moved on 3 occasions due to the rooms not being prepared even after prior requests. The staff were extremely uncooperative and too busy to help. The facilities were tired and the pool closed.

We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in - the member of staff at reception was unhelpful and unwillingly to see if any rooms were available before the 3pm check in time. We asked to see the manager who then was able to provide us with rooms.

Staff at reception is absolutely unpolite, except for those who work at night from 21 pm to 8 am. If you meet groups of students set close your room is impossible to rest or sleep until 5 am. Useless and frustrating asking for help to reception staff.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo nel vostro albergo e contiamo di ritornarci perchè ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene soprattutto con il personale della reception ed anche per il posto accogliente.
A malincuore, devo fare un appunto che riguarda le ragazze che si occupano delle camere che spesso sono risultate un po grossolane nello svolgere il loro lavoro.

Very good deal for a four star hotel, the restaurant is great, both dinner and breakfast are very good. The perfect money/service ratio and the room is very nice, particularly the bathroom is all in red granite.. Cool!
Cleanliness was not perfect, the bus to Piazza Venezia was not operational and we had to wait on the check-in, where the staff was not very corteous..

Great shopping center (Euroma2) close to hotel, helpfull and nice staff
Trash cans on gateway to the hotel are ugly and smelly, our room was bit dusty with hair all over, floor drain blocked, aircon didn't work in the beginning but they fixed it

The room we were in was VERY hot and we had to sleep with the windows open, the shopping centre was right behind our room and the endless trucks and noise meant we didn't sleep at all. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet hadnt been flushed or clean
ed. When we checked out we were not issued with a reciept even though we asked for one. We will not be back and will not be advising others to stay here.

The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned daily. Generally, the staff were helpful. The breakfasts were very good, there was a good variety and stocks of the various food items were maintained throughout the meal time.
Dinner in the restaurant was overpriced and the food was disappointing. Also the second time (of 2) we dined in, we left feeling that the head waiter had tried to overcharge us. He admitted the "mistake" and reduced the bill when I complained.

Hotel come descritto dalle foto, molto carino ottimo per chi è automunito.noi siamo stati una notte sola ma per quanta riguarda la stanza non c\'è stato nessun problema.
colazione pessima, il prosciutto che non abbiamo preso era di un colore rosa nel marroncino, il caffè inbevibile, la cioccolata calda fatta con l\'acqua per giunta fredda.invece i cornetti erano buoni.\r\n
