We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Glori. The room was stunning and cleaned every day, the buffet breakfast was great - loads of choice which is unusual for a Rome hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and made excellent recommendations.
We asked for a room with a bath and/or balcony and got neither, but the room we were allocated was still lovely.

The noisiest room I have ever stayed in - Room 30. If you are going to have a room next to the breakfast room, it should have carpeting on the floor to stop the chair noises. Vacuuming room next door at midnight also unacceptable.

The wi-fi although good value for money was very flaky, dropping in and out frequently, making use of the internet practically useless. Also a wider selection of cheese at breakfast would have been good, but otherwise the food was good.

The hotel was very clean and in a quiet area
The original Triple room was far too small and unsuitable for 2 adults and a child. The breakfast room was too small for the number of residents
